  • 1/2  avocado
  • 1/2 banana frozen
  • 1 handful kale
  • 1/4 cup steel cut oats
  • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 tsp honey raw, unfiltered


  • pumpkin seeds
  • berries of your choice
  • chia seeds
  • coconut flakes unsweetened
  • bee pollen


  • Add avocado, banana, kale, oats, coconut water, yogurt, coconut water, and honey to a blender. Blend until smooth. Top with your favorite chopped nuts, seeds, and berries. Enjoy!
