Main Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 banana frozen
- 1 handful kale
- 1/4 cup steel cut oats
- 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1/2 tsp honey raw, unfiltered
Toppings
- pumpkin seeds
- berries of your choice
- chia seeds
- coconut flakes unsweetened
- bee pollen
Add avocado, banana, kale, oats, coconut water, yogurt, coconut water, and honey to a blender. Blend until smooth. Top with your favorite chopped nuts, seeds, and berries. Enjoy!
