  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Prep a pizza stone or baking sheet with avocado oil.
  2. Place thawed spinach in a tea towel and wring water out completely.
  3. Add eggs, flour, cheese, salt, herbs, and spinach to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until combined and chopped but not watery.
  4. Spread mixture onto baking surface, into a 10″-12″ round, making a crust about 1/4″thick. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. After 30 minutes, remove crust from oven, add desired toppings, and place back in the oven until toppings are heated through.
  6. Remove pizza from the oven, let cool for about five minutes, then slice and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

*Feel free to swap out this flour for your favorite. Other great options are almond flour, chickpea flour, and coconut flour.
