If you know me, you know my favorite thing on earth is waking up and watching the sunrise from my plant room, while enjoying my morning espresso. In a perfect world, I would do this every morning and then make my sweet potato hash, but if I’m being real, my mornings are chaos more often than not. Between making bottles and kids’ breakfasts and prepping for homeschooling, making myself breakfast usually ends up being last priority.

This is when my green smoothie bowl comes in handy! It’s delicious, healthy, and so fast! For us busy mamas, it doesn’t get much better than this! Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1/2  avocado
  • 1/2 banana frozen
  • 1 handful kale
  • 1/4 cup steel cut oats
  • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 tsp honey raw, unfiltered

Toppings

  • pumpkin seeds
  • berries of your choice
  • chia seeds
  • coconut flakes unsweetened
  • bee pollen

Instructions
 

  • Add avocado, banana, kale, oats, coconut water, yogurt, coconut water, and honey to a blender. Blend until smooth. Top with your favorite chopped nuts, seeds, and berries. Enjoy!
